Thread: disco 2 front shaft in defender

has anyone put a disco 2 double cardon front prop shaft into a defender? i have a 2 inch raised 1995 110. i get vibration issues at most speeds, and have noticed the angle of the output shaft doesn't look too good. i've been informed of 2 methods. change the transfer end flange on the prop shaft to suit a defender, or change the transfer output shaft to one to suit a disco, it should just bolt straight in. any issues with length? any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have done this for exactly the same reason. Put on a disco output flange and get the later D2a shaft. It already has the big uj. Everything just bolts straight on, no mods.
