It was four pinion with MD shafts and AEU2522 CV's.Quote:
They are easy enough to make however, will involve stripping the diff out with my way of doing it, so labour then becomes an issue on top of the machining.:( Maybe exchange housings?
I will keep the jigs for our good members that may need one done for some reason;)

wait you have a mill but you cant mill back a normal set of socket head screws to suit?
dont forget to cut an oil groove into the peg plate.

hello i work at a nut and bolt shop at sth tweed heads (tweed bolt supplies) , we have cup point socket grub screws that u could machine/ turn back your point . box lot are much cheaper for odd sizes but not sure of what your thread is so ?? until knowing what its , also have a cratfty tool maker close to us that does odd machining if required .cheers :)
