Now this is good info.
I was about to order the TD5 alive IC. This makes the $ difference between the TD5 alive and local ASE negligble (for me anyhow). I would have been rather upset to find things not fitting as expected. Looks like the ASE for me now too.
Cheers

thanks for all your input but it was not as a big a train smash as expected all i did was get 2 metal oblong shaped
thingys with to holes driled into them and droped the oil cooler down 75 mm reconnected them and whalla all done made sure the hoses where all clear of any rubbing ect all good this exercise took me about 30min once i had worked out what was needed so time will tell if it all works ,as a safe gaurd for now i also took my engine temp gauge and ran it down to the gear box so i can monitor them temp of gear box just to make sure my plan has worked or incase it fails
been meaning to do this for awhile now so all good

Allisport IC Manual Gearbox cooler
First post! Hello everyone. I have a Allisport IC and am in a similar situation, i am going to have to relocate the oil cooler or D/C it altogether, I remember someone relocated the cooler in front of the AC condensor by buying lengthened flexible hoses, does anyone know the specs for the hose connections? Is the oil under pressure? Can I just connect the hoses together? I do not do any towing and have a bigger sump (Rocky mountain) fitted. Thanks in advance
