Should be fine with a spray and a 2' breaker, then do one at a time, a podgy bar helps heaps to relocater them, easy job
As the title says, I'm going to replace some bushes and before I start am looking for tips on removal of the radius arms. Where to jack etc.
The Chassis end bolts are PITA tight, I reckon it'll involve a breaker bar and a 2mtre long tube to get he leverage LOL.

Fronts or rears?
If it is the fronts you will have to drop the rear steering arm out of the way. That will involve removal of the steering damper if it is fitted to the rear steering arm.
You won't have to jack the vehicle up at all, it will quite happily sit on the ground while you remove the arms. I would recommend you do one side at a time.
Most the time you shouldn't need a jack to do them, depends on how much room you have under your car, when i did mine i chocked both front wheels so the axle couldn't go walkabout, then sprayed some rost off on the bolts, un did them then removed the arm.
Make sure you do them one at a time so the axle doesn't move all over the place
when re-fitting them you might need to spread the bracket/mounts on the axle housing a few mils to allow the arm to slide up without to many hassles, if it still won't go all the way you can use a jack to jack them into position.
CHEERS TIM.

Thanks all. I recently bought a 20 ton press so am looking at trying it out. What better way than to replace the suspension bushes![]()
