The TD5 should be smart enough to not overfuel if airflow is restricted.
If the injector Orings etc are OK, then I'd be suspecting a cracked cyl head:(
Thats the only real other way the diesel gets into the sump:(

Yeah got all the parts today so will soon find out if its the Orings

Hey JC is it worth while i have injectors out to get them tested ,the balance of them are good acording to nanocom, or is there no need just change copper washer and O ring

so the injector o ring jobs been done now for a week and my oil smells like oil :cool: no longer like diesel
