The TD5 should be smart enough to not overfuel if airflow is restricted.
If the injector Orings etc are OK, then I'd be suspecting a cracked cyl head:(
Thats the only real other way the diesel gets into the sump:(

so the injector o ring jobs been done now for a week and my oil smells like oil :cool: no longer like diesel
Don't worry about testing them Kelvin, the cyl balance will show up any defects IMHO. Sorry I missed this thread but I am glad about the rsult:)Quote:
