Thread: water in firewall?

    took the disco to the radiator specialist he reckons the system is fine. When the problem first started the car had sat for quite a while. Currently I am using it every day and will monitor the coolant level daily. Thanks for the advice, I certainly don't want to cook the motor!

    l feel for you mate.... this one is one of those ones that has all the good will of advice in the world.... but l to had it in to the rad spec's and they pulled and recored the rad replace a leaking viscous and gave it the all clear.... ran fine for a few days and decided that a trip to brissy would be ok.... only to get 30k's down the open road to have it spew it cuts and that was the end of it ....... really its a funny one but serious, do yourself a fav and do not ignore this one as a matter of course ...IMHO of cource....all the best mate
