Twin Thermo Fan set up problems on V8.Pics included

Switch needs an off temperature which is higher than the thermostat opening temp (88c) so the 95-90 option is the best.
I had an 90-85 in at first but temps tend to surge from the thermostat opening and closing constantly.
As for wiring, I removed the A/C fans and used the wiring for these to run the thermos. Will come on via the A/C being turned on or the switch on the water outlet.

Reminds me, I still haven't taken those pics have I.....????

Thats what i was thinking as well.I think i will just go with that option.

OK so i want to go with the 95 on - 90 off option.Using the link below what sensor should i use (part number)?
I need it to fit into my current set up.(Pic is on the first page)

TFS102 or if you want to do a bit of extra wiring, TFS 103 and wire two fans into a two stage arrangement but you will need to find a plug to suit. Think this one is used by Porsche IIRC.

The DCController uses a temperature sensor inserted between the fins in the radiator near the radiator outlet. The controller controls the fan speed by use of PWM (pulse width modulation) which is an efficient method of slowly ramping the fan speed up and down, which avoids large current surges that a simple relay control allows. With this controller, you connect to only the high speed connection(s) on the fan(s). You can set the temperature either by small computer style jumpers on the controller itself, or by using the optional potentiometer which can be mounted inside the car.

I ended up getting the TFS 111 because thats what fit and it had a 95 on and 90 off.Now this is where my lack of wiring know how comes in.:D
I connected the original grey wire from the Spal set up to the new sensor
and the fans didnt switch on.What wire should be going to the new TFS 111 sensor? If you look at the first page you will see the wiring diagram for the Spal set up.
So confused :angel: :D

Positive feed to sensor connection 1, then from sensor connection 2 to fan positive, then fan neg to earth.

That's the easiest.
