    That is a water cooled Mitsu/ Garret turbo kit supplied by DTS and they were a good upgrade back then, nowadays a VNT unit is far more preferrable.

    Drill and tap the cast area where the EGR plate is usually, (Upstream) and it will be way more accurate than the dump pipe position where they have it fitted.

    So is it a Mitsubishi TD04?
    What is the manifold - custom or is that a late 200tdi variety.
    Are they findable?

    I'm just dreading stripping bolts etc!
    INOX is your friend (available from supercheep)
    spray it on and wait 10 min is the best

    Hi Steve, it is a custom cast centre section from DTS, you use your original end manifold branches.
