    found this on my D2, what is this thing is it a breather or something?

    Where does the hose off the back of it leed?
    Looks like a fuel conector for the TD5 fuel block.
    But hard to tell with out a wider veiw of the area.

    Bit of a stab in the dark and a bump at the same time

    given that the engine is in bits, I suspect its one of the QD's for the fuel system, probably a return line at opening guess.

    Got one too.

    From RAVE it is the EVAP canister breather tube.

    NAS vehicles have a device plugged into it and then the system is leak tested and logs an error with the ECU if a fuel system leak is detected.
