    Starting problem

    Hey guys
    Got a 300tdi discovery which if i havent started it in a night takes a little to to start though straght after it starts perfect i have replaced the battery and terminals Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix it?

    Looked for any diesel leaks? Tried a new filter? Glow plugs? Tried glowing twice and then starting? Other than these suggestions, Ill leave it to the more knowledgeable to reply. Bob

    I would suggest you have a little air leak somewhere in the fuel supply line. Glow plugs are rarely needed on a Tdi, except in extremely low temperatures.
