the few arb setups i have had a close look at the power to the switches is direct from the battery.......i must see what happens when i disconnect power with the lockers engaged
pete - do you have air going to the rear winch?? or is it solinoids you are talking about
There has been some excellent discussion on locking diffs, what about value for money? A locked rear diff, with heavy duty axles, which is the most cost effective option? Doesn't have to be competition standard, anyone like to comment, cheers Bob.

But going by you Avatar you own a d2 which is fitted with etc, I would fit tru tracks or ashcroft lsd's to both ends starting with the rear.
You can land two tru tracks for around 1200 aud and fitting both for about 600.
If you went with arb you would not have any change out of $2000 (only one locker) with out fitting hd axles , which is recomemded with lockers on any rover.
