Just spoke to Warren from MR Automotive, they have purchased the rights, and are manufacturing maxi diff locks and axles, don't think they are fully set up yet, but they have 40 maxi lockers coming from overseas, in Melbourne at the moment, available soon. Warren assured me the axles will be readily available. Bob. fyi- www.mrautomotive.com.au

I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food
A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking
bob, did you ask for which type of diff
they indicated to me that lockers for sals would be first up with no time frame on the others
AFAIK they were a batch sold to a guy in France, but people in Europe preferred ARB (go figure) so he sold them to Warren.
Or so I gather.
Seems they are the gen yoo wine article.
It's not broken. It's "Carbon Neutral".

I bought a set of Front MD lockers from MR a while back ,I posted it on here somewhere , brand new with axles . they were an order sold for overseas market.
The ARB/Jacmac/Ashcroft locker design is actually inherently slightly stronger (all else being equal) to the MD/MR locker. In the MD locker all torque is transmitted through the axle which is locked to the case. Whereas in the others, one of the side gears is locked to the case, so the torque is transmitted through a larger diameter.
- this may be the reason Mal used larger diameter splines for the locking dog to axle spline...?
