Hi Bernie, I will be posting updates when I am finally able to get into the firewall swap. I will also start a thread to do with the disc conversion when the parts finally arrive from the Netherlands. I think there is a better conversion available from forbyn bros in the USA (a little cheaper). I would have bought that kit had I not already sent the money over for the paul heystee setup. forbyn bros were a bit late getting back to me as to a price but I liked there setup better.

On the weekend the green 4 door got:

Oil and filter change.
Stop leak in P/S fluid (yes, it needs a box replacement).
New rear pads (no disc machine or replace, they squeal a lot!).
New front pad fitting kit.
New engine mounts.
Greased front and rear propshaft sliding and universal joints.
Refitted right rear door trim (removed at least a year ago to get window up, window still inoperative).
Touched up the paint on two of the wheels.
Pulled driver's seat out and partly dismantled so I can use a 7mm socket directly on the backrest recline mechanism. Hopeless design, the seat is about knackered after approximately 400 000km.

Hmmm, Took the rad support off my s2a and the rhf guard. Starting the firewall replacement at last....left guard tomorrow?? I hope??

Changed the oil and filters, air filter, fuel filter, turbo waste gate lines and put the new handbrake gaiter on. Bring on holidays next week!

Fitted a small steering wheel. My old one was splitting on the top, this is smaller than I thought, and I'm not sure if I like it or not yet.

I had a blown head light globe, so I removed the headlight and whilst out did a repair on the broken mounting point of the light.( D2a lights)

I then fitted a plus 120 globe. Have yet to put matching globe in the other side.
