I'll put money on it being the "steering relay". Dunno it's civilian name, but that's what the Army called it. Transfers the steering from above the chassis to below, down next to the radiator. Nobody ever services them, and they seize. Great fun to get out as well. I remember spending the best part of a day with penetrene, heat and a porta power getting one out. They weren't all that bad, but...

And it doesn't fit. It fouls on the A/C compressor. Grrr.
Between 5 & 6? Waaait a minute...
But never known manifolds to go, only gaskets. Jeeps do it commonly though.
By how much? Have had my eye on similar manifolds. Can it be made to fit?

New door rubbers all round. They close and hold in great. And all the squeaks are gone from around the doors. Now to replace the clips that hold the car door trim in place. As i had to slam it harder due to the rubber being better and broke them off. At least i know where this rattle is and who's fault it was.
