Just washed out Sally Anne's tray and cleaned her out a bit before corowa.
Over the last fortnight, fluids topped up and oil changed, brakes cleaned out and adjusted, new window seals, replaced a couple of gaskets on the engine, wheel rotation.......all in preparation for Corowa trip.
Cheers, Mick.
Nothing but all of a sudden the 200tdi seems to have more power
Took me 3 days but ended up like this :p
Took more photos of it and added them to my ebay listing and seriously questioned why I was selling it:confused:
Used the disco as a painting scafold all weekend. :wasntme:
On Sunday I took the front axle housing out again, replaced the steering box with a genuine reconditioned box, now to fit the (hopefully final) replacement housing after work tonight. Looking forward to ending the 5 month ordeal caused by nothing more than a lack of loctite on a couple of bolts.
Finished welding up the cracks in the Disco's firewall down near the passenger side body mount. What a vile job. I'm glad the engine has breathing room in the engine bay because I certainly didn't.
