    CDL warning light not working

    G'day all!
My CDL light doesn't want to work. It's been so for a while (since the meccos did the clutch) but now I finally tried to address the problem. I have so far replaced the switch on top of the TC and the bulb in the instrument cluster, but still the light doesn't come on when CDL is engaged (yes, it does engage). There is adequate voltage at the switch. Truck is a 1995 Disco Tdi with manual transmission.
Any ideas (as I am running out of those)?
    Cheers
    Johannes

Hi JoJo, my main suggestion is that you check the wires for continuity. They may look OK but not be conducting current. Also, is there a fuse that covers this circuit? Cheers, 130man.

If it's only happened since the clutch went in is it possible the switch is in a wrong plug?
Some times the switchs wire into the wrong plug(like when reverse light come on in 5th on some Nissans).
    Cheers, Kyle
