I now have a working, spare, hand control for those warn winches, PM me if you are interested.
I have now a single relay pack mounted in side the engine bay, replacing the four individual relays that were mounted on top of the winch, so while doing that, I also fitted a wireless remote as a controler.
I am leaving the wire rope on until I hear better reports on the life time of synthetic rope.
