    Clutch

What is the difference between a standard clutch and a heavy duty one
What brands are good quality?? eg. britpart, borg and beck, valeo etc etc

What other vehicles does this clutch fit

SORRY, this is for a 93 DEF,,

A heavy duty clutch will have a harder friction material and the pressure plate will exert more pressure , or clamping force, between the flywheel and clutch plate.
However, in drivability terms this usually means an abrupt clutch action & heavier pedal pressures.
Modern clutch materials last really well. My RRC is still on it's original clutch at 250km.
I'd advise to stick to a good std clutch unless it's a full on competition use - Borg & beck, Valeo etc (not Britpart as they're rebranded often), or the stock LR item .
    cheers

If the vehicle is a 110,you could just fit a standard 130 clutch, which will be a H.D. clutch for a 110 and shouldn't give any abrupt action etc.
And back in '93 the standard clutch should have been Borg and Beck.
Most aftermarket suppliers these days seem to supply Valeo for just about everything
