I've never seen them spelt the same way twice
If you leave stuff in them the slides stain, so you have old lists etc years after the paper has been removed.

yeah there is, its an a4 message pad.
the crows foot only indicates it was ADI manufactured, not that it is commonwealth property (but that is usually the case)

Hi Dave
This is a good idea that you have put forward and I would like to contribute if possible.
To kick off I have a few suggestions.
Torque settings are one, recommended oils for the parts, use of thread locker, dismantling and rebuilding sequences by numbering the parts in the order, identify the part numbers for parts to be replaced and what used to be a handy addition in some of the old Land Rover workshop manuals was the list of the tools to be laid out for that particular job.
Can I be of assistance in supplying any of this info to take some of the load, as I think you are onto a great project ?
thats the idea of the first one, it was ment to cover the basic rebuilding of a swivel housing with respect to changing out either a CV or an Axle, the kind of job that you would take on in the field as compared to a complete overhaul of the swivel.
with that in mind I used the parts explosion from the RAVE to show all the parts and then the list from the torque settings page (same section but later) married them together then re-applied the numbers, to represent each part, its torque setting and its loctite requirement. (the loctites were also ment to come up in the appropriate colour blue for 243 and red for 262. Unfortunately photoshop isnt one of my strong points so what I had on the screen is not what made it into the file. (someone made some mention of layers not merging or something)
The way that I'll probably do the final format will be in a6 so that you can print it single sided, fold it in half and it will use one page in the folder and you can print 2 per a4 page.
I'll knock up one in the next couple of days with just some tab data and useful formulas so everyone gets the format. I might start a seperate thread just to keep the files in so people can go grab what they want and everything else can be discussed here.

AND fluid capacities
What about a bit of a 'Tabulated data' ie, profile piccie of say 90, 110, & 130 with all dimensions, weights et al.
Yeah, I know a bit recy-mechish, but can come in handy if you can confirm weights/measurements.
