    Spill return hose 300tdi

Hi All, My spill return line looks like it up to it's used by date. It split last weekend so I chopped a bit off the end pushed it back on, but it just split again.

Cant seem to find it as a part in the LR suppliers other than a complete unit with new bolts etc.

Does anyone know the size of the hose and if a good industrial hose supply company sells it by the metre etc.

    Thanks in advance.

i just bought the complete fuel return kit this week from DLS spares in the uk for I think it was around 42$aud, they have an ebay store and are always excellent to deal with LAND ROVER DISCOVERY 1 300TDI DIESEL FUEL LEAK-OFF RAIL | eBay

easiest place to get the hose is a mower shop to get fuel line for a mower. it probably wont be black but they always stock it.

1/8th inch fuel hose or as an emergancy fix the small aquarium air hose will get you out of trouble.

For a couple of dollars you could have bought some 1/8" ID fuel hose and a five minute job to put it on DIY, Regards Frank.

I've found 3.2mm ID fuel hose hard to find from typical hose suppliers (Purple Pig, Pirtek, Powell etc) so ended up buying 1m from the Drive In Mower Centre in Newmarket Brisbane for $8. It's not braided.

That's all I did many years ago, and they gave me enough that I've been able to replace them all twice so far.
