    Not sure then why you are asking about ARB lockers? The drive distribution between front and rear has nothing to do with your ARB lockers, it is a function of the centre diff in the transfer case as installed by Land Rover before the car left the factory. If your front wheels were spinning but neither of the rear wheels were doing anything at all, your centre diff lock was either not engaged or not working.

    Sounds like the CDL so I'd be checking the CDL light is on when you engage CDL and if it isn't and assuming the light works, get underneath whilst someone else engages it and check the linkages as they often get loose and won't engage even though the lever in the cabin moves and clicks in the engaged position. An easy but fiddly fix requiring removal of the centre tunnel; at least a 6 beer job or a dozen if a mate is watching
