Revs hunting
Hi everyone,
My 03 Disco TD5 has 200.000 k's on it , as I take my foot of the pedal coming up to a stop or intersection the revs tend to hunt a few times then settle. I have read else were that some people like this GRR GRR GRR hunting sound and that it is not a problem, but others say it is a problem with the electric pot on the throttle pedal and that it needs a re-map. Can anyone clarify all this for me.
cheers, bobkins

Normal on the EU3 motors, something to do with the fuel cut on the overrun, I'm guessing yours is an auto?

Hah. Just PM'd Justin a question about this.
I'm testing a modified EU3 map on a EU2 motor (with three-way throttle, and 4-wire AAP for compatibility) and it exhibits exactly these symptoms. Coming from the smooth EU2 map behaviour it seems a bit odd.
