Who even made the original? Can't seem to find any brand marking on mine at all...

I have no idea and I shouldn't assume it was made in the UK either.

Marston used to be a huge UK radiator manufacturer, but don't know if they still make car type ones ?

IIRC the radiator hoses have been coming from The Czech Republic for many years now and are bloody good, but I've always held the Czechs in high regard for engineering/making things.

$700(Darwin)AUD for a new core for my radiator. 60mm thick vs 50mm standard. Bypass tube blocked off, and 4 core instead of 3 core.

Alot of money, but alot of assurance and INsurnace for when towing across the Barkly, or up the cape.

    Cheers, Adam

I run an allisport wider[full front intercooler 300tdi] radiator, that cost approx $600 delivered at the start of last year. The copper ones for sale on ebay australia i have found to be absolute ****-with in 4 months pin holing appearing in the core, mates did the same, radiator repair mob claimed they were made in turkey from very poor/low grade copper, bearmach replacement from MRauto was good[no problems] but was replaced with the larger allisport product.
