Out of curiosity are the pad`s a off the shelf part in oz as they are a consumable more so than the rotor`s,
Id be interested if any of the consumables are easily sourced or do you need to chase Cooky ;)
There are multiple compound pads available for the callipers, so they are available from anyone who stocks Willwood, but Cookey is experimenting with the ideal compound for our use.
I also know that Cookey was discussing with both Brian Danielson of Land Vehicle Spares in NSW and a brake service about stocking the correct pads. Brian may end up marketing the kits as well, and that will likely also mean the replacement rotors. BTW High Performance World in Wetheril Park NSW are currently Wilwood retailers.
At the moment we are moving our two collections of vehicles and spares.
This conversion looks fantastic, but I'm wondering, would an early Range Rover front axle stud to stud drop into place with out all the work?

Nope coz the steering arms get in the way of the leaf springs. A lot of stuffing around to fix it.

Welcome to the forum Alan. :). Along with the issues that Rod mentioned, the Range Rover axle is wider so you would need to do the back as well to keep the track even, then you need flares to keep your tyres legal, then you need Engineering of the whole show to legally drive it on the road, whereas this kit has Engineering approval already so only requires a basic inspection to get the green light. :)
With all that to do, Cookey's kit is very good value and a straight bolt in. :)
If your talking about just bolting up the RR swivel housing, it will not fit as the Land Rover PCD (Pitch Circle Diameter) is much larger and there for the twain shall never meet cheers Dennis
