Use the right Sikaflex and no other fixing at all will be needed.

Yep, found the same thing even though we were calling them Rivnuts twenty years ago.
Was trying to buy some more last year and getting nowhere fast.
Stopped, had a quick think, said 'Nutsert' and I could see the blokes brain snap into action :D

Haha, yes, as a Deefer does look a bit like it was the victim of a roadside IED filled with pop rivets for shrapnel, yes your point is valid rick130!
Having said though, I do personally like the look of the countersunk stainless screws.
