lt 95 gearbox

Apologize for my blunt previous post but just to clarify , its not aasif this gearbox is sitting in my garage and I have heaps of time to experiment learn and rebuild the transfer case, this is my daily driver , that I also use for my greyhounds gou

This a forum not a workshop manual - you ask for views and you have to take what is offered whether right or wrong, relevant or not. It is up to you to decide what to use and not to use.

By your own admission you have asked a bit of a vague question but want specific answers. You have been given a couple of good answers of where to start including a somewhat helpful link that was provided in good faith - your response is not at all appropriate to the help that has been offered.

Take it or leave it but don't ridicule those who have tried to help.

Well sorry man, I really am, I really do say the wrong thing sometimes, I mean I wasn't going to offer someone a slab of beer or a free favor to help me but I value peoples time and I always offer cold cash for any help, but I think I better get myself a second hand gear box and sus it right out like I've already done with most other
parts on rangie and be self reliant, I was more having a go at the whole forum for lack of hands on assistance although there were good posts responces, anyway. I won't waste forum members time anymore, see you's and hope to see yous at a set of lights and blow your doors off,

Well, princess, I've worked on my Rovers over the last two decades in conditions ranging from wearing several layers of warm clothes next to a woodstove in a draughty shed when it's -20 outside, to the high 40s in a cramped oven of a carport with a delightful shower of sweat running off my forehead constantly, so your gimme gimme now now now attitude is a little hard to take seriously.

You can take your half-hearted apology attempts and go blow off doors all you like.

As I stated already, contary to what u think, I do regrett my comments, I have learned that its not easy to get people to assist as in bring your car over and will help fix it, even if cash is being offered, no one is obliged to offer their services to a complete stranger just as I am not obliged to help fix someone else's car.I understand that which makes the forum even more valuable as advice and tutorials are passed and shared by members, my thanks to the forum, I have gained heaps of knowledge here maybe not on tranfer case , anyway I pulled down the bottom plate of the tranfer case today and am having a go , bye

I was in Canada for several years with my Landie and while it was all good experience, I won't be doing that again too soon!
