    bleeding coolant td5

whats the best sugustions for bleeding my bloody disco when the bleed screw in my new hose wont come undone. Tried taking the small hose off at the head ( where the Y in the top hose is ) with only moderate success. Any other ideas.

Try some multi grips ( gently) on the bleed screw it will come out. It is a RH thread.
Otherwise take the hose back to where you bought it from for an exchange part. The bleed screws are Plastic and should only be finger tight.

Replace the hose mate,it should only be finger tight. To bleed the reservior un clips to force the air out when you lift it up See the rave disc.
Chances are its overtightened and the plastic thread in the hose is damaged, not worth messing with.

Removing the small hose off the radiator and lifting the reservior should work in the mean time

Try overfilling your reservior and letting it find its own level ,worked on our TD5 Deefer.Their reservior is suposably high enough to complete the bleed.
