    Salisbury into RRC

Looking at building a cheap off road toy with some mates. Just planning over beers at the moment... Engine & trans are decided. Next step...

Will a Salisbury from a Defender fit a 2 Door RRC?

Have searched the forum and the Google machine, no answers

One of the upper shocker mounts on the 2 door will have to be relocated to in front (?) Of the diff, holes should already be in the chassis for the bolts. 2 min job

Was it a factory special option?

There used to be an ex-UK police motorway Special Vehicles Range Rover here in Sydney that was built with a Salisbury in the rear. Have not seen it for many years. It had a higher performance motor as well.

    Can be done

Had a mate with a front and rear Salisbury axel on a defender 90 and there is a lot less room under there than in a RRC

How do you all correct the spring perch offset or do you only change the perch itself?
    Cheers
