I purchased mine from xpajun off road in the uk full kit delivered for around 200-300 dollars cant remember I have used two of these on past discoveries. Just remember if you buy a kit you need seat belt tie downs radiator relocation pins and transfer lever extentions ifvyou have already done a suspension lift extend brake lines too. Just think if a workshop charges $100 an hour +gst it will take approximately 10-12 hours including modding bumper brackets. Or do some research and have a crack. That's what I did.

Don't have to do any of that with the white tiger one, just need to drill some holes. But you do pay a lot more for it

Here is a kit that might be a bit closer to your budget.
He has come down from $780, so he might be negotiable.

Land Rover DISCOVERY1 Range Rover Classic White Tiger 2" Body Lift KIT | eBay

I have just put one in my disco and they have everything you need, all I needed was a trolly jack to lift the body and put the parts in place.

Thanks for the advice. Might have leave it for a bit, as I don't have the space or the tools to DIY.
