Master was reconditioned at the end of May by a local MC specialist.

This was there 2nd attempt. Their 1st effort leaked immediately.

That's probably where the brake fluid in the booster came from, did you get it ss sleeved this time.

The MC that was leaking was ss sleeved after a rebuild about 3 or 4 years ago. When they rebuilt that MC it leaked immediately. So they exchanged it for another. So the current MC is not ss sleeved.

I had that happen years ago with a S3 MC that was sleeved. Was on my way up to the Gulf, did about 900k and it started leaking. I took it apart and had a look inside and found the buckets were damaged in 1 spot. Turned out the ss sleeve had a burr where the fluid inlet hole had been drilled. Just bad workmanship. Luckily I was near the Isa and got a new kit flown in from Townsville and repaired it beside the road after removing the burr in the sleeve. My current MC is a stock standard one also. Sound like you need to find a new booster mate.
    Cheers......Brian

I've got the rebuilt booster back. The old diaphragm had a 2cm cut at the bottom where the fluid was sitting. I'll get onto a leaky MC quicker next time.
