Help - Intermediate Shaft - LT230 Transfer Case problem

Can anyone help me with repairs to my transfer case or anyone have one for sale?
My problem is intermediate shaft wear in casing, O-rings not sealing.
Can anyone tell me the measurements of the casing drillings for the intermediate shaft?

If you contact Ashcrofts in the UK,I think you will find they do a steel bush to fit into the housing....requires some machining of the housing of course.

We've fixed a few recently using the bush from Ashcrofts.

You will need access to a machine shop.

The machining of the case obviously directly relates to the size of the bush you use.

We then pressed the bushes in, supporting the case carefully. As a warning the first case we did I broke at this stage. It was too tight.

I think MR Automotive will do an exchange case with a stainless steel sleeve. Was going to do this to mine, but it wasn't leaking so I just put in back as it was originally. The quote I got from MR about a year or so ago seemed very reasonable (particulary after reading Psimpson7s comment about breaking the first case!)
