Despite increased tightening of the clamp on the thermostat housing the union continued to weep. The overflow tank would go down by half recommended level over a month.
Only picked up where it was leaking after a run while system hot and under pressure. When cold could not see the leak - not enough green dye being deposited to pick up on.
My problem was easy to see I think I have fluoro coolant, bright as. Sounds exactly same problem I had, very slight drip when pressurized.
