400 is a rip off. Mine cost $30 each with new seals and baskets.

That's pretty close. You may find them $10 or $20 cheaper if you hunt a bit more.

I don't have the D1 any more so I can't take a picture, but yes they fit just fine. No modifications necessary.

You just have to make sure that you get the clips that connects the top of the injector to the fuel rail absolutely spot on. Close enough won't do, or you'll end up with fuel leaking everywhere. Check, double check and triple check for leaking fuel after refitting.

A reasonably simple job, took me about 1.5 hours all up. And that included having to re-tap one of the holes where the fuel rail bolts down.

Ok so got injectors in and it started on fuel great. I did break my vacuum advance on the distributer but have fixed it now. I have also bought a brand new dizzy to fit but the connection to the amplifier is different.

Problem now is it's missing and I burnt fuel is coming from exhaust. I pulled all plugs to check them and the right side where wet 1,3,5,7. I cleaned them and it didn't change it really. When I put the timing light on it it flashes in consistently so I'm thinking the dizzy is now playing up.

    Any suggestions
