Welcome to Aulro Cameron.
I'm not sure if the parts diagram is available online, but it would definitely be on one of the CD's in the Aulro shop here.
I'd suggest you get a copy of the overhaul manual for the gearbox as there are preloads and clearances to set up when you put it back together.
There are also a couple of fixes for common issues like the oil migration between g'box and transfer.
We used to be able to buy replacement diaphragms locally here for the CDL actuator, but unfortunately no longer available.
Internally its pretty simple, just a shaft with a diaphragm on one end and the selector fork on the other. In my experience its just the diaphragm that fails. You can open up the vacuum can by gently levering the folded section of can open to allow the outer half to be removed.
To convert to manual actuation you'd just need to cut away the vacuum can, and fabricate some sort of a mechanism to move the shaft in and out.
Have a look here for some ideas: http://www.aulro.com/afvb/good-oil/1...rkarounds.html.
