    Wheel Nuts

Does a 110 have inch and one sixteenth/27mm sized wheel nuts the same as the later series vehicles?

I believe so, same as the RRC, Disco, and the P38A. I'm sure my County had that size, too.

110s from the 80s up to at least 1998 are all 27mm

Wheel nuts 27mmAF on 16mm studs were introduced with the last of Series 2a, continued on Series 3 and 90/110, and remain today on Defenders, having been used on RRC and D1 as well.

Nuts and length of stud may differ where alloy wheels are fitted.

D2, D3/3 and post classic RR are different.

The P38A is definitely 27mm on a smaller diameter stud. I just went and checked mine. I thought the D2 used the same wheel nuts as the P38A.

The RRS is smaller - I have a set of wheels and wheel nuts from an RRS on my P38A.

On steel rims, yes; on alloy rims, no.

D2's are def 27mm as I'm using the same bar/socket from the RRC.
