    Air Box Aircleaner Assembly. Converting a 200TDI to Later

    Hi all,
    I have a late 93 Disco 200TDI. I have lost (never had) the end cap for the Air Filter Assembly.
    So i'm after this End cap or the whole airfilter Box/cylinder
    The end cap looks like a Bowl that has a wing nut in the middle.

    Or
    Has anyone fitted a later Airbox or defender box to a 200TDI Disco??

    Help i need before i Snorkle it as why snorkle it if it has a big part missing

    Update

    I have called nearly all wreckers in Vic, QLD, NSW, Tas and SA. No one has one.
    New is $380 for the whole assembly.
    1 wrecker has one $175 2nd hand.

    No one has fitted a later one on a 200TDI so now i must have a look to see what will suit it from a Jap 4wd.

    Is anyone wrecking a 200TDI??

    mate there is a guy in pert wrecking a tdi i think. But the piece you speak of is avaialble with a finer filter insert for about $70...

    finer filters have been taken over by a mob in Hornsby NSW....

    Hi all
    Problem has been Fixed.

    The part i need is the Air Filter Only.
    It had a earlier one fitted it needs the later one.
    Correct part number is ESR1049
    It has the Top Cap built into it.

    I'll get one from four wheel drive in Blackburn.

    Thanks to all who have helped out. Great to see we can sort out these problems.
