Hi Gillie. I've come to hate the sight (and smell) of that tell-tale green stream. Hope you get yours fixed OK.
cheers

From a now fading recall:
The oring will be 2 1/8" OD and 0.139" cross section if it's the right size.
Are you trying to fit it dry? Or greased?

Hi Tombie. Definitely greased with O-ring lube. I've done a temp fix, using plumbers tape under the old O-ring to lift it and get a better seal, until the new repair kit I have ordered arrives, hopefully Monday. Seems to be holding for now. cheers

Hi Gillie. I followed your advice and purchased a fuel cooler repair kit from the Roverlord site from your list. Thanks for the tip.
Andy
The proper tool for undoing the hose clamps and redoing them back up is only about $20 from UK.

You use the tool one way to undo the clamp and turn it around to do the clamp back up. Makes the job really easy.
