I never dewebbed mine I just drilled the outer holes oversize have done over 120 000 kms no more loose nuts or broken studs
Just got my TD5 back from the mechanic where they ended up replacing my exhaust manifold. Problem is the new manifold has not been "dewebbed".
As the vehicle has only done a few hundred kays since the change over - surely the exhaust bolts should not be a problem to get out.
I figure now would be the time to do it before it breaks any bolts.
