injector trouble
hi guys,
i have been able to utilise your wealth of knowledge several time so far and for that i thank you but now I have an issue that I can't find any info on so I had to start this thread.
When I removed the injectors from my 2003 TD5 Disco I found one had a broken bolt, I had no issue retrieving the broken bolt but I noticed that the seal inside was damaged, I have rung around but no one seams to have an answer other than to replace all five injectors.
Any ideas or solutions would be appreciated.
I am in Brisbane.
Cheers Chris

Need some more details Chris, you can change injectors one by one without any issue, although technically they need coding to the ecu for 100% efficiency.
It will still work if this isn't done.
The copper washers and oring seals are a common item to change and are cheap and commonly available.

yes you are right, that is what i was doing when i noticed the bolt that goes through the bridge of the injector was broken, the seal i need to replace is in between the injector and the delphi attached to the side of the actual injector
