Thread: washer bottle location

The D2 bottle is mounted below the LH headlight behind the bumper. Found this picture which shows the location.

If you have no space up front, could locate at the rear and pump forward.

Where's the fill point? Is the d2 and d1 the same shape around the inner guard and battery tray area where the bottle fits, surely it is?

Fill point is in the corner behind the headlight on the left hand side between the air box and the inner guard

You have no room in the engine bay for a washer bottle???!!!

I've wondered what an effective size is for a washer bottle - guess it depends on your situation. The Disco 1 has, in my view, an over sized washer bottle. My RRC has a small tupper ware replacement put in by previous owner.

I'm converting my RRC to an Isuzu. Just got the body off the chassis yesterday using an engine crane - bit scary.

During the process I have noticed room under the cover that goes over the windscreen wiper mechanism, and to the side where the same cover goes over the door bolts; and space inside the fenders. I believe there is also a bottle inside the rear drivers side fender, probably for the rear window - but could it be made to serve front windscreen?

You can at least wash your cable if on the high mount - another product line for Nugget
