As shaun said it would be easier to just buy a fender. However it wouldnt be anywhere as rewarding or anywhere near as much fun. The only way i could see it being even close to cost effective would be to get a seriously damaged fender (preferably rolled- as to not have been in an accident including a sudden stop- you know what i mean) and transfer all the running gear over. I would work, and you would have one mean series vehicle. Matt
