1. OK - how to attach the wire to the tab (with hole) on the dif guard and where/how on the LR ?
I already have the diff guard. Very solid. Cost me $50 new.

easiest way is to get some steel wire from bunnings... crimp a steel lug onto ends.. weld one end to diff cover.. bolt other end to LHD panhard mount :wink:

So far so good. I haven't contemplated ripping it off yet.
What else will break if you have gone that far into the "rockies".
There are rears for the rover and salibury's as well.
I'll post a photo next time I have a digital camera available (yes I know I should buy one). It was made for me by a member of the Brisbane LROC.
He does them for front diffs only at this stage coz of the different rear diff setups, and its only an after-work type of thing.
