I had a read of the installation manual, and it specifies a choice of a number of VDO temp sensors. It also says you can run a MAF but that the info is in the User manual. The User manual does not seem to be on the site. Anyway, I got sick of it after wading through ignition stuff for an hour.
A lot of the installation manual talks about ignition pulses and the correct set up . there seems to be very little about which MAP sensor, which MAF sensor, which TPS is required. maybe it learns if you mave the TPS from no throttle to full.
My guess is that you need to know before you start.
MAP sensor values
MAF sensor type ( if used)
water temp sensor is in the installation manual
TPS sensor type ( although it should be user programmable and you should be able to use the Rangie one)
Fuel temp sensor type
The fuel pressure regulator pressure will depend on the injectors you use.
You need to read the manuals thoroughly. the user manual may have ssome of this stuff, or Wolf should tell you.
Seeing their website is not fully operational they should respond to an email. I reckon they will sell all the required gear that matches the ECU.
Maybe you asked an incomplete question.

My previous '86 Rangie had a bored/stroked engine (4.6) and a Haltech EFI system. It used a MAP sensor, not MAF.
If you want, I've got a couple of fuel maps I downloaded from the Haltech ECU on the Rangie and you can have copies to use as a starting point for setting up yours.

TPS doesn't matter you calibrate it so the ecu knows what open and whats closed. They use a map sense not a airflow. The ign pulse is just to give crank angle. On the Jag we used a Commodore v6 coil pack. On a V8 you could probably use 8 Mercury outboard coils if you want heaps of spark.
I have a wolf 3d v4 installed about 2 years back i guess ( unit number 121 .. i got it two days after it's release) i put it on a 4.4 leyland with rangie heads and a disco manifold .. Very sweet conversion . I use the handset to check things in the bush etc if it is not running right or lacking power etc . The water temp sender u need a different one but they give u all the models u can use . The Tps has to be changed the rangie one is a stepped reading i think ( i forget the term they used for it ) and u need a linear one . or maybe it is vice versa but it will need changing . the biggest fun i had was with the dizzy getting it welded in the right spot etc after u remove the mechical advance and weld the vac advance .
Also take it in account the alternator .. i tried a few different ones from 110amp borsch thru to 120 amp both where under powered and useless . Go for the disco late model 130 amp u should find a second hand one for around the 400 to 500 $$ mark . I learnt this one the hard way . It has to do with tuning as if the power is lacking at idle u will run lean but and full noise u will run rich . this is what i was told by the dyno guy ( the new alternator made a huge difference ) . Been only a 3.5 i don't know if u will have to change the pressure regulator on the fuel line i know i have to on the 4.4 and up the pressure to 42 psi i think it was in the end . I think if i was ever to do something like this agian i would buy a short 4.6 spend $1500 of head and work manifold work .. In the bush i would say they would be about the same . Cost a lot less in the end
