Dicso Series II Starter motor problem

    Hi,

I have 1999 TD5 with starter motor problem, in other words it will occasionaly kick over the motor and other time just get a clicking sound. Does anyone know what might be causing the problem? Also do you get these starters rebuilt or is it buy another one. If so can someone tell me a good supply or recond/2nd part for it.

    Cheers

    Hey Greeny

You might like to check the condition/age of your battery first as it may not be reaching full charge therefore not engaging the starter motor everytime.
