Only if they were intermittently open circuit. Connect your ohm meter across them and wiggle the leads etc. If the meter doesn't indicate an open circuit, then they are probably OK.Quote:

the insulation was holding the end of the thingys
together just enough that when i hit a bump/stopped
it failed!
i cut a bit of the insulation of and re-soldered the joint!
bingo!
