OK I had the same problem as Camel-Landy, even if the diaphram comes out, there is a good chance that the pin that he was talking about maybe siezed, you need to remove the diaphram, then remove the allen key and spring and make sure the little plunger that goes onto the coned part of the diaphram shaft is free, if not you wont have any power, it made the world of difference to mine, come to think of it, it was actually Camel Landy who showed how to do it. Must admit I was sceptical before hand to the difference it would make, but it transformed it from a high speed pig to a usable vehicle.
