    There is a law about bonnet scoops.
    Came about after the GTHO coon.

    Stops Torana's and other general esily modified cars running BIG bonnet scoops and blowers out bonnets.

    Dont know the exact details but Subaru when the WRX came out had the law changed so they could be imported.
