    loose exhaust manifold bolt, turbo mount bolt, slpit manifold gasket, intercooler hose clmap loose split int the IP boost compensator line or the wastegate actuator line

    Thanks Dave. I will look at those areas. Could be the manifold gasket. Do know know which way round the manifold gasket goes?

    The steel goes against the exhaust manifold.
    Its a fair bet the whistle is the inlet manifold not sealing properly, letting the boost escape.
    A new gasket installed the other way should be all it needs

    Loose inlet manifold bolts

    Thank you guys. Got it!!. 2 loose inlet manifold bolts I forgot to tighten up when I replaced the head.
