For those not familiar with the oil cooling plumbing setup on R380's, those without them have a bypass pipe of cast aluminium attached with two 8mm bolts that screw into the left side of the case. The seals are two O rings. The fitting to accommodate the pipes to and from the oil cooler also has a third bolt further forward. Almost certainly would need to clean out the mud wasp nests or whatever from the tapped thread in gearbox housing with a thread tap before bolt could be screwed in when adding oil cooler fitting.
