    Another quick question

    I was under the Disco just having a look and noticed a leak from the front diff. I'm going to top it up today - what is the best oil to use?

    I use Caltex 80W/90 Gear Oil in mine, but i have a series I Disco, not sure if anything changed. Matt

    Replace the pinion seal to stop the leak, easy job and then fill it with some Castrol SAF-Xa synth.

    Had a good look yesterday arvo and the pinion seal is leaking - The Disco is due for a service so I'll get it replaced then - the back seal looks oily as well, so I think that'll be done as well.
